Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Victory MRCOG website, mobile application, and related e-learning services (collectively, the “Platform”). By creating an account, downloading the app, or using any part of the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. About the Platform

Victory MRCOG is an e-learning platform offering comprehensive video courses taught personally by Dr. Pyae Phyo Hlaing, MRCOG (UK), covering MRCOG examination preparation, MSc Entrance, and Year 4 & 5 Obstetrics & Gynaecology. Course content is delivered through our mobile application and associated online services.

2. Eligibility

The Platform is intended for medical students, trainees, and healthcare professionals preparing for obstetrics and gynaecology examinations. You must be at least 18 years of age to register. By using the Platform, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To access course content, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly at support@victorymrcog.xyz if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4. Course Access

Access to courses is granted on a per-course basis and may be subject to approval by our team. Course access is time-limited and will expire on the date specified at the time of enrolment. We reserve the right to revoke access if these Terms are violated or if payment obligations are not met.

Course content is provided for personal educational use only. It does not constitute medical advice, clinical guidance, or a guarantee of examination success. You remain solely responsible for your professional development and clinical practice.

5. One Device per Account

Each account is bound to a single registered device upon first login. You may not share your account credentials or use your account on more than one device simultaneously. If you need to transfer your account to a new device, you may submit a device transfer request through the app or by contacting support@victorymrcog.xyz. Device transfers are subject to our approval.

6. Intellectual Property

All course videos, materials, logos, branding, and other content on the Platform are owned by Victory MRCOG and/or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational use during your active enrolment period.

You must not:

• Copy, download (except via the authorised in-app offline feature), record, screenshot, or redistribute any course content
• Share your account credentials with any other person
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source content from the Platform
• Use course materials to create competing products or services
• Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices

7. Offline Downloads

Where available, offline downloads are provided for personal convenience and are stored in encrypted form within the app's private storage. Downloaded content remains subject to these Terms and your course access period. Downloaded files are automatically removed when your course access expires or is revoked.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to circumvent content protection, device binding, or access controls
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure or security measures
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any organisation
• Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content

9. Fees and Payments

Course fees, where applicable, are communicated at the time of enrolment or purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing or required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing for future courses; changes will not affect access already purchased.

10. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the Platform for maintenance, updates, or operational reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime where practicable.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all course content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free or that content will meet your specific examination requirements.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Victory MRCOG and its instructors, officers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or examination outcomes. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant course in the twelve months preceding the claim.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Platform or other users. You may request account deletion by contacting support@victorymrcog.xyz. Upon termination, your right to access course content ceases immediately.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or by email where appropriate. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Myanmar, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law.
