Delete Your Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your Victory MRCOG account and the personal data associated with it. Victory MRCOG is the e-learning app and platform shown on our Google Play and App Store listings for MRCOG exam preparation.

You can request account deletion at any time. We will verify your identity before processing the request to protect your account.

How to Request Account Deletion

To delete your Victory MRCOG account, follow these steps:

1. Open the email app on the device you use for Victory MRCOG, or sign in to the email address registered with your account.
2. Send an email to support@victorymrcog.xyz from your registered email address.
3. Use the subject line “Account Deletion Request”.
4. In the message, include your full name and the email address linked to your Victory MRCOG account.
5. If you are signed in on a device, you may also mention the device name shown in the app to help us verify your request faster.
6. Our support team will confirm your identity and process the deletion. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.

What Data Is Deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the following data associated with your Victory MRCOG account:

• Account profile information (name, email address, and phone number)
• Login credentials and authentication tokens
• Registered device binding and device transfer history
• Course enrolments, access requests, and viewing progress
• Push notification tokens
• Support messages related to your account
• Server-side records of your app usage tied to your account

Any course videos you downloaded for offline viewing on your device are stored locally on that device. After your account is deleted, those downloads will no longer be accessible through the app. You can remove them by uninstalling the Victory MRCOG app or clearing the app's storage in your device settings.

What Data May Be Retained

In some cases, we may retain limited information after your account is deleted:

• Legal and compliance records: information we are required to keep by law, such as transaction or tax records if applicable
• Security and fraud prevention logs: anonymised or aggregated server logs retained for a limited period to protect the platform
• Dispute resolution: records needed to resolve an outstanding support issue, payment dispute, or terms violation that existed before your deletion request

Retained data is limited to what is necessary for the purpose above and is not used for marketing or to restore your account.

Retention Period

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days of identity verification. Most account data is removed immediately upon completion of the deletion. Any data retained for legal, security, or dispute-resolution purposes is kept only for as long as required by applicable law or until the relevant matter is resolved, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Before You Delete

• Deleting your account is permanent. You will lose access to all enrolled courses and progress.
• If you only need to use Victory MRCOG on a new phone or tablet, you may request a device transfer instead of deleting your account. Contact support@victorymrcog.xyz for help.
• If you have an active course enrolment, deletion will end your access immediately. Refunds, if any, are handled according to our Terms and Conditions.
